Human Resources Manager at ICST Solutions

Job Description

• We are recruiting for an experinced Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs in all HR functional areas including recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and performance management.
• He/ She will also be responsible for managing HR projects, providing HR advice and support to management and staff, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is a plus.
• 7 years of progressively responsible HR experience
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across all levels of an organization.
