    Human Resources Coordinator

    About the job

    • Coordinate and execute the activities inherent to the Human Resources development area, in alignment with the superior guidelines, instituted policies and legal and labour obligations, in order to contribute to an efficient and rigorous response to the Company's needs in terms of HR development and promote compliance normative and legal requirements in the labour sphere.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate the execution of the activities underlying the Human Resources Development area, in order to guarantee the achievement of the area's objectives and the response to the Company's human resources needs.
    • Collaborate in the development of internal procedures applicable to the Human Resources area that aim at the efficient functioning of the processes underlying it.
    • Intervene in the elaboration, proposal and monitoring of the area's Activity Plan and budget, with a view to ensuring the contribution to the results of the same and the quality of the service provided.
    • Provide support in the coordination and execution of HR development processes, with a view to promoting an efficient response to the needs of progression and growth of People, as well as contributing to the fulfilment of deadlines and requirements of a labour nature.
    • Competencies;

Has proven capacity of devising and designing innovative solutions with added value for the Group. Creates alternative solutions that enable to achieve results with greater productivity.
    • Costumer focus and Network - Shows ability to anticipate customers’ needs and meet expectations. Actively develops a networking base enabling the creation of a network of customers, partners, and decision-makers, relevant for the organization’s success.
    • Organization - Shows discipline and focus on planning and organizing activities under his/her responsibility, having the ability to manage priorities, anticipate future problems and optimize resources.

    Qualifications:

    • Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Management or similar
    • Must have experience in SAP HR and Success Factors;
    • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources namely on the processes of:
    • Recruitment, Selection and Onboarding.
    • Training
    • Performance evaluation
