    Human Resources Consultant

    Responsibilities

    • Organisational Development: Lead organisational development initiatives, working closely with clients to establish HR structures from the ground up. Develop tailored strategies to align HR practices with business objectives.
    • Culture Audits: Conduct in-depth culture audits within client organisations, evaluating existing workplace cultures, identifying strengths, areas for improvement, and providing actionable recommendations to foster positive and inclusive environments.
    • Process and Policy Implementation: Design, implement, and streamline HR processes and policies tailored to each client's unique needs. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
    • Client Management: Manage multiple client accounts effectively, demonstrating expertise in guiding clients through the complexities of HR setup, culture audits, and policy implementations. Foster long-term client relationships built on trust and exceptional service delivery.
    • Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategic HR plans, emphasizing simplicity and efficiency in human resources to achieve strategic business goals.
    • Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback mechanisms, to drive organisational productivity and employee engagement.
    • Training and Development: Identify training needs, design training programs, and facilitate workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
    • Compliance: Stay updated with labor laws and regulations, ensuring clients' HR policies and practices are compliant with legal requirements.
    • Independent Work: Work independently, demonstrating initiative and proactive problem-solving skills while managing multiple tasks and projects efficiently.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on organisational development and working with start ups.
    • Proven experience in setting up HR structures from scratch, conducting culture audits, and implementing robust processes and policies.
    • Strong background in performance management and other core HR functions.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and drive.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
