• Partner with recruitment teams to identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, conduct interviews, and assist in the selection of qualified candidates who align with the company's values and culture.
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, conflict resolution, and employee engagement to maintain a positive work atmosphere.
• Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and coaching to enhance employee performance and development.
• Collaborate with training teams to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills, competencies, and career growth opportunities.
• Analyze compensation trends and benefits offerings, ensuring they remain competitive within the industry and align with the company's compensation philosophy.
• Facilitate organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, process improvements, and cultural transformations, to support the company's continuous growth and innovation.
• Drive initiatives that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace, promoting a sense of belonging and equal opportunities for all employees.
• Utilize data and analytics to assess HR metrics, trends, and insights, guiding data-driven decision-making processes for effective workforce planning.
• Stay updated with labor laws and regulations to ensure HR practices, policies, and procedures remain compliant and mitigate potential legal risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience of 10 years as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in the FMCG, Manufacturing, or Pharmaceutical industry.
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
• Professional certifications like CIPM and PHRI are advantageous.
