    Human Resource Intern

    Duration: 6 months

    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic HR team. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and contribute to the overall success of our HR department. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn about HR processes, employee relations, talent acquisition, and other aspects of human resources in a corporate environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Talent Acquisition:

    • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
    • Participate in initial screening of candidates and maintain the applicant tracking system.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

    Employee Relations:

    • Support HR team in handling employee inquiries and concerns.
    • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
    • Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment.

    Onboarding:

    • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
    • Prepare new hire orientation materials and schedules.
    • Help in the completion of necessary paperwork for new employees.
    • HR Administration:
    • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
    • Assist with various HR-related administrative tasks.
    • Learning and Development:
    • Support the coordination of training and development programs.
    • Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
    • Compliance:
    • Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
    • Contribute to HR audits and documentation as needed.
    • Special Projects:
    • Participate in special HR projects as assigned.
    • Provide research and analysis on HR-related topics.

    Qualifications:

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Currently enrolled with CIPM or related
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
