DUTIES:

• Screening resumes and application forms
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Assist in end to end recruitment
• File physical HR records in HR filing cabinet
• Scanning and emailing HR documents
• Schedule interview appointments
• Constantly sent recruitment update to candidates
• Carry out administrative duties related to HR
• Keep abreast of new developments in HR field
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Senior HR Consultant
• Updating our internal databases with new employee information like contact details and employment form
• Digital Marketing/Social media manager Duties:
• Develop and design graphic for company’s social media handles
• Create job advertisement designs and post on all social media handles
• Respond to client/candidates enquiries on all social media platform
• Constantly engage company’s social media page
• Update and harmonise candidate’s database based on the roles they apply to.
