​​​​​​​JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Assist the Head of Human Capital in implementing management decisions.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• Conduct employee referee, guarantor checks and exit interviews.
• Prepare monthly payroll overtime and shift allowances for factory staff
• Support learning and development needs
• Manage employee’s welfare and grievances
• Maintain and update personnel filing system, in both soft and hard copy 
• Managed staff attendance to work using the clocking machine. 
• Assist in payroll and statutory payment remittances report (e.g. Pension, Payee, NSITF) etc.
• Process and issue leave letters and queries. 
• Track employee’s probation and confirmation period
• Supported new hires to settle down quickly and fit into jobs smoothly 
• Ensured staff worked in line with the job descriptions and achieved their KPIs
• Handled other clerical tasks as assigned by the Supervisor. 
• Any other duties as may be assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: BSC/HND in the related field.
• Experience: 2 – 4 years
• Must be versatile with Microsoft Excel
• Must have completed NYSC.
