    HR Manager

    We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving talent Acquisition management and organizational success. Job Summary: As an HR Manager at People Capacity Management, you will take a leading role in in-house recruitment and serve our client, overseeing a range of other HR functions such as talent management, team lead, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development with knowledge in consulting is an advantage.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique talent needs, workforce planning, and in-house recruitment needs, developing and implementing tailored talent acquisition strategies.
    • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and highperformance and work culture.
    • Employee Engagement: Drive client's employee initiatives to create a positive workplace culture, promote employee engagement, and boost morale.
    • Performance Management: Oversee client employee performance appraisal process, working with managers to identify and address performance issues.
    • Learning and Development: Develop and facilitate training programs for our clients to enhance employee skills and career growth opportunities.
    • Consulting: Provide clients with expert HR advice and consulting services, addressing their HR needs and challenges.

    Qualifications:

    • BSc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
    • Strong understanding of talent acquisition, employee engagement, best practices in HR, and consultant.
    • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
    • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and industry trends.
    • A commitment to ethical HR practices and client satisfaction.
    • Experience in consulting is a plus.
