HR Manager at 25th & Staffing

Scope

• Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
• Update internal databases with new hire information
• Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all Local, state, and federal regulations
• Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
• Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
• Publish and remove job ads
• Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
• Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like the total number of hires by department
• Develop training, onboarding, and management materials to help ensure employees
• understand their job responsibilities
• Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for,HMO)
• Manager External communications on behalf of the organization
• Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Proficiency

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field from a reputable institution
• 3-7 years Human Resource Management experience
• A Master’s Degree will be an added advantage
• Professional qualification/membership from a reputable institution
• Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills
