    HR/ Administrative Manager

    Job Description

    • We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR & Admin Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within our organization.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and office administration to ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support organizational goals and objectives.
    • Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and orientation of new hires.
    • Manage employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
    • Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient operation of office facilities and services.
    • Manage office supplies and equipment, including procurement, inventory management, and maintenance.
    • Oversee facilities management, including office layout, security, and health and safety protocols.

    Requirement

    Educational Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or its equivalence in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
    • Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM-CP) would be an added advantage.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR / Admin experience.

    Skills:

    • Exceptional leadership abilities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal, and team management skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS software.
    • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
