    Help Desk Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and excellent customer service skills\r\nCoordination of helpdesk and operations department activities.\r\nAct as support for the Technical Manager for exchange of emails, letters, reports e.t.c
    • Responsible for the administrative responsibilities in the Operations department
    • Responsible for monitoring the follow up and feedback system of the Operations Department.\r\nTimely dissemination of information to the clients and contractors at the appropriate time.
