    Head of Sales

    Job Summary:

    • We are currently seeking to hire an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales for our client in the Real Estate Industry to lead our sales team to new heights.
    • The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through effective leadership, strategic planning, and client relationship management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals.
    • Set clear sales targets and guide to achieve individual and team goals.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement improvement plans
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
    • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
    • Collaborate with senior management to refine sales strategies and tactics.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
    • Streamline and improve the sales process for increased efficiency.
    • Implement best practices and monitor key performance
    • Provide training and support to enhance the team's sales skills.
    • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Make data-driven recommendations to enhance sales effectiveness.

    Qualification/Skills required to fill this role

    • Minimum of Degree or its equivalent
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Should have experience as a sales manager in the Real Estate Industry
    • Should have persuasive communication and interpersonal skills
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience
    • Must have the ability to drive new business by signing up new clients.
