    Head of Marketing and Sales

    Overview:

    • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Sales Manager to lead our team in driving business growth and fostering customer engagement.
    • The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record in sales management, and expertise in communication strategies, customer engagement, social media, and business development.

    Responsibilities:

    Team Leadership:

    • Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear objectives, and providing guidance and mentorship.
    • Foster a motivating and collaborative work environment that encourages team productivity and professional growth.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to optimize team performance.

    Sales Management:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
    • Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with the team to generate innovative sales techniques and approaches.

    Communications and Customer Engagement:

    • Oversee all communication channels, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in messaging.
    • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies across various platforms to enhance brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
    • Handle customer queries and complaints promptly, maintaining a high level of customer service.

    Social Media and Marketing:

    • Create and manage social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
    • Coordinate marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional marketing efforts.
    • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.

    Business Development:

    • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential markets.
    • Collaborate with the management team to develop business expansion plans and strategies.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated with industry trends and competitors.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience of five (5) years in sales management and leading teams in a dynamic environment.
    • Strong background in communication strategies, customer engagement, social media management, and business development.
    • Exceptional leadership and managerial skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
