    Head, HR/ Admin

    Role objective;

    The HR/Admin Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, administrative functions, and compliance within the medical manufacturing company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and regulations.
    • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes.
    • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
    • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
    • Coordinate administrative functions, including facilities management, procurement, and office operations.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HR and administrative activities.

    Job Specification:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification preferred).
    • Minimum of 9 years experience as an HR professional, with at least 4 years in a managerial.
    • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the medical manufacturing or healthcare industry.
    • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
    • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
    • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
