Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role as a Growth Marketing Lead located in Lagos.
• As the Growth Marketing Lead, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive revenue and user acquisition targets across multiple channels and markets.
• You'll need to leverage data and experimentation to optimize campaigns, and work to evolve the company's brand and positioning across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a growth marketing role, preferably in a tech or internet-base company
• Proven track record in driving user acquisition and retention through marketing campaigns
• Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple online and offline channels
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to inform marketing decisions
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience with social media and digital advertising, influencer marketing, SEO, and content marketing a bonus.
• Experience leading and mentoring team members a plus.
