Graphic Design and Communication Assistant at Bincike International

Job Description

• Assist in the design and production of high-quality marketing/programs materials such as brochures, flyers, and reports for both BI and BHI.
• Work with the Marketing and Communications Manager to develop and implement effective communication strategiesfor both BI and BHI.
• Manage the organization's social media presence and create engaging content for various platforms. • Assist in the production of multimedia content such as videos, animations, and infographicsfor both BI and BHI.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent branding across all materialsfor both BI and BHI.
• Support the planning and execution of events and campaignsfor both BI and BHI.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the New Busiinesand Communications Managerfor both BI and BHI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
• 2 - 3 years work experience.
• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a non-profit or social impact context.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for social impact and community development.
