    Graduate Trainee (Sales)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join our Graduate Trainee program in Sales.
    • This program offers recent graduates the opportunity to develop essential sales skills, gain practical experience, and kick-start a rewarding career in sales.
    • As a Graduate Trainee in Sales, you will receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and hands-on exposure to various aspects of the sales process.

    Responsibilities:

    • Participate in structured training sessions to learn about our products, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
    • Shadow experienced sales professionals to observe best practices and gain insights into effective sales methodologies.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agency banking network.
    • Engage with customers via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and promote our products or services.
    • onboard new agents to ensure a strong and capable network
    • Actively engage in customer acquisition efforts to drive account openings and transactions through the agency network.
    • Conduct outreach programs to attract new customers to agency banking services.
    • Prepare regular sales reports detailing achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
    • Ensure that all agents adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for agent transactions.
    • Address and resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
    • Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction within the agency network.
    • Communicate with team members and supervisors to provide updates on sales activities and progress.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 0-1 year experience.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
