    General Manager

    Job Overview

    • Our Client, a loss adjustment firm, is seeking a General Manager responsible for overseeing the implementation of the firm's strategic direction and managing the administrative operations of the firm; including supervising all admin/support staff; evaluating and managing the firm's contracts and operations with our principals.

    ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide overall leadership and direction to the business development teams through effective and efficient supervision of key activities critical to accomplishing the company’s strategic goals and plans
    • Ensure the implementation of the firm’s business and operational strategies and policies by ensuring compliance with all Industry
    • Requirements - NAICOM, CIIN, ILAN Inclusive.
    • Take responsibility for Technical Training, performance in production, collection and profitability
    • Review, negotiate and monitor all existing and new jobs as the need arises.
    • Work with Managing Director in recruiting, training, and performance evaluation of employees
    • Identify, establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with our Principals, Brokers, Re insurers and other Adjusters through professionalism and Integrity.
    • Decompose, translate and communicate Board and Management decisions to the team and ensure proper execution
    • Delegating daily tasks. Addressing any issues in a timely fashion.
    • Any other responsibilities assigned by the Executive Management and Board of Directors.
    • High level of professionalism, exemplary teamwork and excellent leadership qualities

    Requirements

    • 10-15 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry
    • CIIN Certification.
    • Experience in claims and underwriting.
    • Proven self-starter with initiative and drive.
