Purpose Statement

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fund Mobilization Officer to join our team and play a crucial role in mobilizing funds for our cutting-edge investment product. As a Fund Mobilizer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential investors, identifying new funding opportunities, and effectively convey the compelling benefits our investment offerings bring to investors, ensuring they secure optimal rates for their financial growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify target markets and develop strategies to drive high volumes of new funds.
• Manage existing investment products and customer relationships.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and individual depositors.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive fund mobilization strategy.
• Educate potential investors on the benefits of our investment products.
• Customize investment solutions based on individual investor goals.
• Negotiate and secure investments, exceeding portfolio targets.
• Track and report on sales performance.
• Represent the company at industry events to network and promote the investment product.

Requirements

• Experience in the financial services/finTech industry or related investment sectors.
• 3 - 7 years proven track record in mobilizing funds for investment products, startups, or financial ventures.
• Experience mobilizing investments exceeding portfolio targets is highly desirable.
• Extensive experience in building and maintaining relationships with investors, with a strong network of potential investors.
• Deep understanding of investment strategies, financial markets, and investment trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close investment deals successfully.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed fundraising targets.
• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to fundraising and investment.
• High level of integrity and ethical conduct in handling investor relationships and sensitive financial information.
