    Finance Operations Manager

    Job Overview

    • Do you have a zeal for finance operations and interested in working with a fast growing company?
    • The Finance Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the budgeting, accounting, financial forecasting, and analysis of financial data.
    • He/She will also play a strategic role in overall business operations by providing guidance in developing financial plans and policies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain the frequent updates on the organizations management accounts.
    • Liaise with external accounting professionals; tax consultants and auditors to fulfill compliance with all financial requirements and regulations.
    • Manage and fund the budget for operational activities.
    • Responsible for forecasting the financial performance of the company.
    • Keep track of outstanding debts and accounts receivable.
    • Oversee the company's financial obligations in countries it has registered businesses.
    • Maintain a relationship with banking partners and vendors to negotiate discounts and eliminate excessive spending.
    • Ensure that the inventory books are well-balanced and updated.
    • Provide weekly reports on expenses and income.
    • Manage and oversee all financial operations of the company.

    Qualifications

    Key skills and competencies:

    • 4 years of work experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
    • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
    • Possess efficient time management, attention to detail and organizing skills.
    • Proficiency with Google spreadsheets and ability to use technology to improve your workflow processes.
    • Must possess exceptional analytical skills.
    • Proven experience using bookkeeping software; Xero and QuickBooks.
    • Experience filing taxes or dealing with tax consultants.
