    Finance Manager

    Overview

    • As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning to ensure the company's financial operations are efficient, effective, and aligned with its objectives.

    What You Get To Do

    • Develop and maintain financial models to analyze and forecast company performance.
    • Prepare budgets, financial reports, and variance analysis to support decision-making processes.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.
    • Track expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement budget controls as necessary.
    • Ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines and financial regulations.
    • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
    • Conduct financial audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
    • Communicate financial results to stakeholders, including management, investors, and board members.
    • Manage cash flow by forecasting cash needs and optimizing cash balances.
    • Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure timely collections and payments.
    • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets. Analyze financial performance against key metrics and provide insightful recommendations to optimize results.
    • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate with senior management to formulate strategic plans and initiatives based on financial insights. Provide guidance on financial implications of business decisions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, ACCA or CPA preferred.
    • 7 - 10 years of experience in finance, with a proven track record in financial management and analysis preferably in FMCG sector
    • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial software/systems.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across departments.
