Finance and Account Executive at Enov8 Solutions Limited

SUMMARY & PURPOSE OF JOB:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account and Finance Executive to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various financial tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Audits and tax preparation.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience (At least 3 years) working in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
