    Field Sales Agent

    Duties

    • Go on field to search, identify and engage new leads (Individuals or businesses) with the intention to sell to them, or onboard them onto a service.
    • Close new accounts/customers at a high rate
    • Build relationships with converted customers
    • Cultivate new leads within the sales territory or assigned location
    • Canvass through a location and engage prospects and customers on a recurring basis
    • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
    • Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts with accurate dates
    • Represent the brand respectably in all customer and prospect interactions
    • Educate customers on how products and services can benefit them
    • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions
    • Send in activity reports on daily basis as is required based on projects he/she is attached to.
    • Run Demos for prospective customers during sales calls.

    Qualifications/ Requirements

    • An BSc/HND minimum qualification
    • Must live in Ketu and Environs
    • Minimum 2-3 years of actual field sales experience is a must.
    • Experience in handling, initiating or mediating FMCG products delivery, or experience getting people to use digital platforms is a great advantage.
    • Ability to appreciate and understand the use of mobile applications and initiate sign ups.
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
    • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Highly self-motivated
    • Sense of responsibility towards meeting sales targets
    • Ability to work with little to no supervision and while maintain productivity
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially the ability of persuasion to provoke interest and clearly convey the benefits of a product/service to potential customers
    • Familiarity with going on field to approach individuals and businesses to convert them to customers.
    • Ability to handle rejection and still maintain motivation and productivity
    • Must have a serviceable smartphone, this is non negotiable.( If you do not have a properly working smartphone do not apply)
    • Smart phone and computer use competency is a must.

    How Success is Measured

    • Meeting weekly to monthly targets
    • Volume of legitimate leads pipeline generated through field prospecting
    • Volume of legitimate leads conversion from leads generated
    • Client retention/repeat business
    • Mothly individual sales growth numbers
    • Punctuality and availability on virtual meetings
    • Compensation & Benefits
    • Salary + Bonus (on meeting targets)
