About the job

• The primary responsibility of a facility officer is to secure a well-functioning work environment, check outlet’s devices, structures and systems on a regular basis and identify needs for repairs and renovations.
• You will also provide support to the Logistics Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Schedule periodic maintenance checks for restaurant’s equipment and co.
• Inform the Logistics manager of every systems fault.
• Check outlet, equipment, and furniture to identify needs for repairs or renovations
• Fix minor malfunctions in kitchen and outlet’s equipment.
• Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
• Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.
• Supervise and monitor energy/power efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Trade certificate, OND, HND or bachelor’s degree in facility management or any related field
• Must possess a minimum of 1 year of experience

Required skills

• Work experience as a Facilities Officer or similar role
• Knowledge of electrical maintenance
• Knowledge of restaurant equipment, security systems and maintenance tools
• Well-organized and proactive.
• Sound judgement and the ability to think quickly during emergencies
