Job Description

• Welcoming staff / visitors into the country by preparing invitation letters, planning itineraries and journey management, organizing transport, security and accommodation - on hold due to travel restrictions.

Provide support for the finance team by:

• Receiving and processing vendors invoices and follow up with payment
• Liaising with client for vendors WHT schedules for invoices
• Designing and implementing records filing system for the safe keeping of files
• Providing documents when necessary for company audit with FIRS, LIRS
• Follow up with vendors complaints regarding payments

General day to day running of the office:

• Monitor and maintain office supply inventories as well as approve supply acquisitions
• Responsible for the upkeep of the office
• Assisting new hires with the onboarding process
• Shipping and receiving Intel assets/devices, clearing with customs and other internal regulatory agencies
• Coordinate with IT on all assets and equipment
• Manage relationships/contracts/price negotiations with vendors and Landlord
• Maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
