    Executive Assistant

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly Organized and Proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
    • The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
    • Coordinate and oversee travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels and ground transportation.
    • Scheduling meetings and coordinating events
    • Organize and maintain filing systems for electronic and paper documents.
    • Prepare agendas and materials for meetings, attend meetings as needed, and take detailed notes. 
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Support special projects and initiatives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
    • Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and milestones.
    • Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address them.
    • Any other duties as assigned by the CEO and COS

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
    • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
    • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
