Ecommerce Brand and Project Manager at Capsgain Solutions

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an E-commerce Brand and Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading the setup of our e-commerce brand, working with developers to setup or shopify store,  collaborating with content creators and marketing teams to create contents and drive brand visibility and product orders. The ide candidate will be a brand person, product person and a good project manager, who understands how to create a brand and scale it.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Setup and Management:

• Lead the establishment of our online store.

Brand Coordination:

• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen and promote the brand identity.
• Collaborate with design and branding teams to ensure a consistent brand image across all platforms.
• Contribute to the development of marketing collateral that aligns with the brand message.

Team Collaboration:

• Hire and coordinate a team as needed for e-commerce and brand-related tasks.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with contents, marketing, design, and technical teams.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align brand strategies with marketing initiatives.

Digital Marketing:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive product sales.
• Analyze data and metrics to assess the success of marketing strategies and make data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in e-commerce setup, management, and product listing.
• Background in brand development and coordination.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
