    Digital Sales Executive

    Job Summary / Objective

    • The staff will be responsible for generating sales and sales lead using various online and social media channels.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure company’s products presence online
    • Optimization of company’s products online
    • Running daily minimum of 10 post of company’s product on all social media platforms
    • Company’s brands online advertisement
    • Generating leads and distributing same to sales executives
    • Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used
    • Coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns
    • Prepare emails to send out to customers
    • Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success
    • Create and maintain online listings across e-commerce platforms
    • Ensure that the brand message is consistent
    • Research competitors’ pricing and products
    • Decide on appropriate placement of ads
    • Determine what content will reach customers
    • Develop projects to create content
    • Publish digital marketing content online
    • Implement email marketing campaigns
    • Measure digital traffic
    • Monitor social media and Google Analytics
    • Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools
    • Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders
    • Scale campaigns to maximize ROI
    • Monitor project status and budget
    • Conduct market research to inform campaigns
    • Brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests

    • Active company social media handles
    • 100% accuracy of timely responses for all online queries and enquires
    • 100% achievement on targeted ads running per month
    • 10% of revenue increase from online onboarded clients
    • 20% increase in customer base every month
    • 100% achievement of target lead generation per month
    • 100% active follow up on all prospected online clients
    • 100% submission of weekly and monthly reports
    • Database Management/ Analytics skills
    • Use of Physical Internet.

    Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc in any discipline with a minimum of 2nd Class Honours.
    • 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
