    Digital Media Manager

     DKT NIGERIA is set to recruit a Digital Media Manager. We are looking for a smart, dynamic, self-motivated, and committed individual to fill this position:

    Job Description

    • Plan and execute digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
    • Design, build and maintain the company’s social media presence
    • Aggressively grow brand and product awareness across various online platforms including social media
    • Readily drive the adoption of company products and services
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals ROI and KPIs
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
    • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion test
    • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
    • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
    • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
    • Effectively manage online brand perception and reputation
    • Use marketing automation as a tool for achieving business and brand objectives.
    • Implement effective digital systems and processes.
    • Ensure all external communications are consistent with the corporate brand positioning.
    • Coordinate partnerships with external communication consultants and vendors as required for achieving goals within budgets.
    • Keep abreast of local and global best practices and make recommendations on how they impact the unit’s role.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or any other related field
      Relevant professional certification and qualification
    • At least 5 years of proven experience in Digital marketing in a structured organization. Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
    • Excellent understanding of Email marketing, Alphabet, and Meta Ads
    • Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns
    • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
    • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
    • Excellent knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
    • Skills and experience in creative content writing
    • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
