    Digital Marketing Specialist

    Role Overview

    • We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to spearhead our online marketing strategies.
    • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various digital platforms, possess strong analytical skills, and be able to develop and execute creative campaigns that engage our target audience and drive measurable results.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads/sales.
    • Manage all aspects of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Social Media Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), including campaign setup, optimization, monitoring, and performance analysis.
    • Create compelling and engaging content for digital channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and other online platforms.
    • Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience (not less than 2 years) in digital marketing roles, with a track record of successful campaigns and measurable results.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and draw actionable insights.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels.
    • A creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
