    Digital Marketing Executive

    About the job

    • The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns and strategies to promote the company's products or services.
    • He / She will utilize various digital channels and techniques to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement.
    • The Digital Marketing Executive works closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative departments, to achieve business objectives.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
    • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, preferences, and competitor activities to develop effective marketing strategies.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging and compelling content, such as blog posts, social media updates, videos, infographics, and landing pages.
    • Optimize website content and user experience (UX) to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
    • Manage and monitor social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing social media metrics.
    • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating newsletters, segmenting target audiences, and analyzing campaign performance.
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts and generate reports for management.
    • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and propose innovative ideas to improve campaign performance.
    • Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
    • Monitor website analytics using tools like Google Analytics to identify areas of improvement and implement optimization strategies.
    • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing regulations and ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and support lead generation and conversion efforts.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • BSC/HND/OND in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
    • Proven experience in digital marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and analysis.
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
    • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
    • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
    • Creative mindset and the ability to think strategically to develop innovative digital marketing campaigns.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of website development and design principles is advantageous.
    • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
    • Years of Experience: 1 – 3years
