    Digital Creative Analyst

    Job Objective

    • We are recruiting to fill the position of a Digital Creative Analyst, who will play a crucial role in developing and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns.
    • You will be responsible for analysing digital content performance, user behaviour, and trends to optimize creative strategies and enhance the overall user experience.

    Job Profile / Job Description

    • Ensure the optimal performance of digital content across various platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
    • Utilize data analytics tools to track user engagement metrics, conversion rates, and other relevant KPIs.
    • Identify trends and patterns from data analysis to provide insights for improving digital creative strategies.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop engaging and visually appealing digital content, including graphics, videos, and interactive elements.
    • Perform and conduct SEO across the company website to rank top searched on google.
    • Monitor industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and creative design to stay ahead of the competition.
    • Work closely with marketing and content teams to align creative strategies with overall marketing objectives.
    • Provide regular reports and presentations, showcasing the impact of creative initiatives and recommendations for improvement.
    • Ensure all digital creative materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand image.
    • Stay up to date with emerging digital technologies and design trends to enhance creativity and innovation within the team.
    • Provide support in website updates and website maintenance.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / BA from a recognized tertiary institution.
    • Minimum of 2 years proven working experience as a digital creative.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
    • Proven experience in digital marketing, creative design.
    • Ability to work as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Google trends, or similar platforms.
    • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and design thinking.
    • Excellent creative and visual design skills, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Familiarity with graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
    • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress, and Web design principles is a plus.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
    • Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex data in a clear and concise manner.
    • A collaborative team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
