    Data Analyst

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations
    • Set up and maintain automated data processes
    • Develop and support reporting processes
    • Monitor and audit data quality
    • design analysis plan and analyze survey data
    • Conduct qualitative interviews
    • Develop codebooks based on transcripts
    • Code interview transcripts according to standard qualitative methodologies
    • Conduct thematic analyses
    • Write reports
    • Leverage data collection platforms/software and track instruments
    • Perform other related duties as assigned and requested

    QUALIFICATION

    • An undergraduate degree with honors and possibly a masters/Ph.D. degree in a quantitative field such as (Applied) Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or Engineering,
    • 2+ years of relevant professional experience in quantitative analysis,
    • Master’s degree in public health, sociology, anthropology, or related field.
    • Proficiency in using qualitative data analysis software such as NVivo or Atlas.ti
    • Experience in mixed-methods research
    • Experience with research data entry.
    • Experience in varied health care settings is preferred.
    • Experience with the public in a service-related or occupational role preferred.

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Exceptional learning agility
    • Knowledge of at least one major programming language (C++, C#, Java) or F#
