    Customer Support Officer / Marketer

    Position Overview

    • We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Support/Marketers.
    • This hybrid role requires a versatile skill set to effectively handle customer inquiries and contribute to our marketing efforts.
    • The successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience and promoting our brand.

    Responsibilities
    Customer Support:

    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
    • Provide accurate information regarding our products/services.
    • Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.

    Marketing:

    • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various platforms.
    • Support in the planning and execution of promotional events.

    Communication:

    • Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and promotional activities.

    Relationship Building:

    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and partners.
    • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products/services.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
    • 0 - 1 year relevant work experience.
    • Proven experience in customer support or a related field.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic understanding of marketing principles.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
    • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
