• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Forwarding accurate orders to another branch to enable quick deliveries.
• Confirming payment before forwarding orders for processing.
• Mastering the menu and price list in other to provide quick responses to customers' questions and to avoid unnecessary errors while drafting bills for customers.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 2 - 3 years work experience.
