    Customer Service Representative (Logistics)

    Job Summary: 

    • We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our vibrant team.
    • As a key member of our team, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our clients receive exceptional service, support, and solutions.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries, concerns, and requests.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Efficiently manage client orders, from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring accurate order entry, tracking, and resolution of any issues that may arise.
    • Proactively identify and address client concerns and issues, collaborating with the operations team to find swift and satisfactory solutions.
    • Keep clients informed about the status of their shipments and provide accurate delivery estimates also ensuring effective communication both internally and externally.
    • Educate clients on our services, features, and benefits, helping them maximize the value of our logistics solutions.
    • Maintain organized and accurate records of all client interactions, transactions, and inquiries. Assist with billing inquiries and disputes.
    • Gather client feedback and insights, and share these with the management team to contribute to ongoing service improvement efforts.
    • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of logistics services also relaying client’s instructions and requirements accurately.

    Required Qualifications:

    • First degree in Marketing, or any related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in using customer service software and systems.
    • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • A commitment to delivering outstanding service and building lasting client relationships.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
