    Customer Service Representative

    As a Customer Care Representative at Estrada International Staffing Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for inquiries, customer issues, and queries, providing exceptional service to both existing and potential clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive and empathetic communicator with a passion for delivering top-notch customer experiences.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from clients with professionalism and empathy.
    • Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and efficiently.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex problems and ensure timely resolution.
    • Stay informed about our range of services, industry trends, and updates to effectively communicate with clients.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system.
    • Proactively educate clients on the features and benefits of our services to enhance their overall experience.
    • Collect feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and report insights to the management team.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
    • Previous experience in customer service or a related role is an advantage.
    • Familiarity with HR services, recruitment, or outsourcing is a plus.
    • Proficient in using customer service software and communication tools.
