    Customer Satisfaction Representative

    Job Responsibilities
    We are in search of a dedicated Customer Care Representative who will be responsible for:

    • Serving as the primary point of contact for our valued customers.
    • Acting as a bridge between the company and its customers.
    • Handling incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries while identifying sales opportunities that can convert into new customers.
    • Assessing and understanding customers' needs to ensure their satisfaction.
    • Efficiently resolving any issues or challenges that customers may encounter, providing timely solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
    • Building lasting relationships and fostering trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
    • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
    • Carrying out any other job-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

    Educational Qualifications

    • The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of an (HND) in Management Studies, Marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience.

    Competencies Expected:

    To excel in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following competencies:

    • A proven track record of customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
    • Strong skills in handling phone inquiries and active listening.
    • Customer-centric approach and the ability to adapt and respond effectively to various customer personalities.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
    • Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities.
    • A deep appreciation for the value of strong communication skills.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Patience, empathy, and effective, empathetic communication skills are essential qualities for this role.
