    Customer Operations Manager

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Support the business by organizing schedules, assigning duties and assignments and ensuring that the tasks are effectively managed.
    • Provide advice and guidance to staff members to dispense exceptional services to clients.
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication.
    • Maintain an active record of customers’ requests and details of action taken on their requests.
    • Analyzing data to identify trends in client complaints, problems with products or services, or opportunities for improvement.
    • Monitor client feedback about products or services to identify potential issues before they become problems.
    • Communicating with the management team to ensure that client needs are being met.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND / NCE / OND / BA / B.Sc qualification
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Customer Service Manager, Operations or Business Manager.
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities with professionalism.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    • Proximity to the client’s location will be considered.
