Credit Officer at KNN Corporate Services Limited

Job Description

• The Credit Officer will be required to carry out the following activities:
• Mortgage origination & underwriting.
• Profile home buyers to make sure they qualify for mortgage applications.
• Collect the needed financial documentation and assess the home buyer's creditworthiness.
• Calculate and analyze the risk ratios of home buyers based on their credit score and financial history.
• Maintain records of mortgage applications.
• Monitor the progress of the mortgage application process and relay any hindrances to clients.
• Ensure that mortgage applications are in line with the company's financial policies, as well as state laws and regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Economics, Accounting, Social Sciences/Humanities or any related field.
• A minimum of Second Class Upper (2.1) from a reputable university.
• 2- 6 years of credit risk/corporate finance experience at a major financial institution in Nigeria.
• Fluency in the use of all Microsoft Office applications (Excel)
