Creative Videographer at Ramos Realty

Key Responsibilities:

• The selected candidate will be tasked with the planning, filming, and editing of videos to support various projects, including advertisements, content for TikTok, Instagram, the company website, and other social media platforms.
• Collaboration with Real Estate Brokers will be integral to ensure alignment with company objectives.

• Demonstrated proficiency in cinematography.
• Must exhibit creativity in generating video ideas
• Understanding of the profound impact that video content has on our target audience. Whether producing a comprehensive 30-minute documentary or a concise 30-second promotional clip for mobile platforms, you exhibit an equal level of dedication and excellence.
• Ability to collaborate creatively with brokers to transform concepts into compelling scripts suitable for video production.
• Preference for candidates residing in Lagos Island.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in phone and camera cinematography.
• Expertise in editing software including Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and Capcut.
