Contribution Processing Officer at ARM Hold Co.

Job Summary

• Crediting of RSA holders' Accounts 
• Exception management and reports
• Resolution of all unprocessed money issues

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Process all assigned schedules in with the daily allocation
• Report and follow up on all schedules related issues to RM /RU daily; if any.
• Ensure processing of contributions schedules into RSA within 48 hours and updateFDR by 1.00pm daily
• Filling of daily FDRs and all acknowledgment of correspondence within the unit in linewith the ISSO policy.
• Management of daily csv used for processing of client transactions.
• Attend to unprocessed money issues
• Process discovered pins as assigned by your supervisor
• Maintain accuracy of client records during processing/upload to the pensionadministration system

Requirements

• ​Must have a good first degree.​
• Ideal candidate will have about 1 to 2 years’ experience in a banking operations or teller role.
