Content Creator at Levitikal Group

We are seeking a competent Real Estate Influencer/Realtor Content Creator to join us.

Levitikal Realties & Construction is a leading Realities and Construction Company in the industry and contributor to the Nigerian economy. We invest in emerging economies, adding value to locally available resources with end products both for local consumption and the global market with over several decades of experience in building local sustainable businesses in Paints, Realities and Construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging, motivational, and informative content in managing our digital channels on a daily basis.
• Produce top-notch written, visual, and audio content for social media, blogs, websites, podcasts, and other online media.
• Develop a schedule of digital content to be used across all of our digital channels in order to increase interaction with our audiences and stakeholders.
• Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
• Work along with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and implement the digital side of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of digital channels/activities using tools like Google Analytics, feeding back to stakeholders and using the data to inform future activities.
• Effectively prioritize and schedule tasks, foreseeing issues and modifying the use of resources and time as necessary.

Requirements

• First degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
• A minimum of 2 years work experience as a content creator with a real estate firm
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong creative skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Good proofreading skills.
• Portfolio of published articles
• Producing high-quality video content is a bonus.
• Experience developing and managing social media campaigns across channels such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram, using content management tools
• Understanding of digital analytics and metrics, their importance and the tools to monitor, manage and evaluate them, like Google Analytics and AgoraPulse / Hootsuite.
