Communication and Administration Officer at Institute for Industrial Technology (IIT)

Job Description

• Manage external and internal communications.
• Supervise maintenance and IT support departments.
• Work together with Programme Coordinator and Administrative Assistant to ensure functionality of systems within the premises.
• Work together with the Admission Office.
• Prepare administrative documents for applications and accreditations.
• Manage all administrative duties.
• Manage personnel duties as assigned.
• Manage administrative inventory.
• Supervise purchases.
• Prepare staff evaluation report.
• Collaborate with the Director, Accountants, Programme Coordinator and faculty to plan, manage, and execute activities according to schedules.
• Contribute to the improvement of the Institute, etc.

Requirements

• With anadministrative background or a professional certification in the related field.
• Graphics design skills.
• Computer aided communication skills (Microsoft/Google word, excel and PowerPoint).
• Excellent oral communication skill.
• Excellent supervision and organisational skills.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong ethical value.
• Possess a strong desire towards continuous development.
