Commercial Finance Analyst at Hello Products

Job Description

• Providing financial support and analysis to the sales and marketing division, including cost analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Collaborating with operational teams to understand and support business initiatives, and ensuring financial decisions align with overall company strategy.
• Collecting, compiling, and analyzing financial and operational data to support decision-making.
• Monitoring and reporting on the financial performance of assigned business areas, including revenue, margins, and return on investment.
• Monitor Gross Margins of the business and report on performance vs Hurdle rates.
• Ensuring compliance with financial policies, procedures and regulations.
• Developing and implementing financial reporting and metrics to provide insight into business performance.
• Providing financial analysis for new business opportunities, including investment analysis and business cases.
• Supporting the preparation of financial presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• BSc / HND
• Minimum 3 years experience in the FMCG industry
• Expert use of Excel
• Ability to create dashboards and reports.
• Strong analytical skills and business knowledge
• Self-confident with integrity
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Innovative and Creative
• Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
