    Client Relationship Expert

    Key Responsibilities

    • Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain regular communication with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and requirements. Engage in proactive discussions to identify opportunities for collaboration and ensure client satisfaction.
    • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the client journey. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and handle complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive client experience.
    • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and point of contact within the company. Understand their goals and objectives to tailor solutions that meet their specific needs.
    • Sales and Upselling: Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities based on clients' evolving needs. Present new products or services that align with clients' interests, promoting additional value for their businesses.
    • Contract Management: Manage client contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. Proactively engage in contract renewals and negotiate terms, aiming to secure long-term partnerships.
    • Client Feedback: Gather feedback from clients on the company's products, services, and overall experience. Utilize this feedback to improve internal processes and offerings, fostering continuous improvement.
    • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities. Use this knowledge to offer valuable insights and solutions that position Soudal Group as a reliable and innovative partner.
    • Client Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into the company's ecosystem. Provide guidance and assistance during the initial stages of the relationship.
    • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client interactions, sales progress, and customer satisfaction metrics. Present these reports to management, offering actionable recommendations for further improvement.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in client relationship management or similar roles within the B2B sector.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, capable of handling challenging situations with diplomacy and tact.
    • Business acumen and a keen understanding of the market dynamics in the relevant industry.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding client expectations.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.
    • Fluency in [specific languages relevant to the company's client base].
