    Client Experience Officer

    JOB SUMMARY:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Relations Officer to join our dynamic team. The Client Relations Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and serving as a key point of contact between clients and our organization. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing our client's experience and contributing to the success of our projects.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Answer customers’ questions and provide information on all products and services to existing customers, potential customers, and investors.
    • Respond to all inbound/walk-in calls/inquiries and forward on to relevant parties as and when applicable
    • Support the building of a vibrant, engaged, and diverse community.
    • Provide dedicated support to ensure all secretarial and administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively in the department
    • Building and maintaining positive and productive relationships with clients and potential clients
    • Ensure that client’s requests are handled timely and accurately
    • Creating, updating, recording, and filing customer information for ease of access
    • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying walk-in clients' complaints, determining the cause of the problem, and proffering solutions and expedited corrections.
    • Develop new strategies to improve client satisfaction
    • Assists in the planning and preparation of meetings, corporate events, and conferences.
    • Performing any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or his designate

    Required Competencies

    • Outgoing with a positive and proactive approach
    • Fluent in oral and written English
    • Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills – friendly, diplomatic, and assertive when required
    • Has exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
    • Ability to digest and understand comprehensive information
    • Able to work under your own initiative.
    • Client-focused
    • Has a keen eye for detail with an ability to see the bigger picture
    • Has a strong sense of need for achievement of goals and successes
    • Highly proficient in the use of MS Outlook and Office suite of products (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
    • Punctuality, regularity, and strict adherence to organizational procedure

    Required qualifications

    • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in communication, business administration or related field. An advanced degree and professional certificates will be advantageous
    • At least 3 years of experience in customer service or client relations role
    • At least 2 years of experience as an administrative or communications officer within an established organization.
