JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Contribution to the process of selecting issues and partners by participating in key stakeholder meetings and workshops
• Lead the development of overall strategies and work plans in consultation with the Board of Directors.
• Responsibility for resource mobilisation including fund raising and sustenance of the values and objectives of the organisation
• Lead the continued process of identifying future issues and partners as potential subjects for Projects.
• Be the secretary of the Board of Directors and service the meetings of the Advisory Board, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 10 years of experience as senior manager in the development sector.
• Proven experience in fundraising, resource mobilisation, project management, and team management.
• Proven display of thought leadership in the development sector.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategies, work plans, and monitor progress.
• Experience in advocacy and promoting organizational visibility, etc.
