    Business Growth Manager

    JOB SUMMARY

    • Business development managers are responsible for contributing to generating sales for our company.
    • You will be responsible for engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our services to then and maintaining good customer relationships.
    • Your goal will be to drive sales and contribute to the growth of the company deals. 

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    • Identify and engage potential clients, establishing strong relationships.
    • Answer questions about service or the company.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Present our products and services in a compelling and professional manner.
    • Collaborate with the team to develop effective strategies and achieve sales targets.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights.
    • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients.
    • Follow up with leads and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
    • Provide accurate and timely sales reports to management.
    • Enter and update customer information in the database.
    • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

    REQUIREMENT

    • A degree in sales or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales in an advertisement or branding agency.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Sales-driven mindset, motivated to achieve business objectives.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
