    Business Development Manager

    • We are seeking an ideal candidate who can steer the development and execution of innovative business strategies, cultivate strategic partnerships, and pinpoint fresh opportunities to elevate our company's footprint in the market.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify prospective clients or markets for the hotel’s offerings through research, networking, or other tactics.
    • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and market share.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion or enhancements in the hotel’s offerings.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in formulating strategic blueprints for the hotel, encompassing goal setting and action plans to foster business growth.
    • Meet sales and revenue targets set by the management.
    • Compile monthly reports on business development endeavours, encompassing sales data, potential market enlargement, and advancement toward business objectives.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of business development strategies with the overarching organisational goals.

    Educational Qualifications

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
    • An MBA will be an added advantage.

    Experience & Attributes

    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development roles.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team.
    • Ability to organise and complete multiple projects in an efficient and timely manner.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively interact with a diverse team of people and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Ability to deal with a fast paced environment with changing work priorities.
    • Multi-tasking and excellent prioritisation.
    • Ability to think and plan strategically.
    • Excellent relationship management.
    • Knowledge and understanding of the Hospitality industry.
    • Proven track record of successful business development initiatives and revenue scaling.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
